The support of those who understand and care about HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C
makes it possible for MAP to continue our work. Every gift counts regardless of
the amount.
We deeply appreciate your support.
Donating to MAP now just takes a click of the
mouse! To make a donation now, just complete the form below.
You can also make an online donation through Network
For Good. Click to be linked with their secure website.
If you would like to give a gift in memory of
someone lost, you may be interested in making a bequest or another form of
planned gift. MAP's fund at the Marin Community Foundation can be designated to
receive such a donation. We would be glad to assist you with information about
this process. Please call us with any questions.
All gifts to Marin AIDS Project are tax deductible and acknowledged with a
personal letter. For more information, contact (415) 457-2487 x 104. Thank you.
DONATE YOUR CAR
You can donate a car, truck, trailer,
recreational vehicle, boat, etc through The Vehicle Donation Processing Center,
Inc. Donations can be made on line or by calling (1) (800) 324-7505 to speak to
a live customer service representative, seven days a week.
When you donate a vehicle to Marin AIDS Project you also benefit in the
following ways: 1) Qualify for your lawful IRS tax deduction because Marin AIDS
Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable corporation; 2) Avoid confusing
Department of Motor Vehicles paperwork or Smog hassles; 3) Get free vehicle
pick-up whether your donated car is running or not (restrictions apply); 4)
Avoid all the headaches of selling a used car - no advertising, no taking phone
calls, no showing the car repeatedly, no price haggling...
When a donation is pledged, the Vehicle Donation Processing Center, Inc., takes
the donor information over the telephone, handles all the documents, vehicle
pick up, sale at auction and distribution of proceeds to The Marin AIDS
Project. The Vehicle
Donation Processing
Center guarantees payment
of all expenses in administering the program for Marin AIDS Project. Net
proceeds are split evenly between the Vehicle Donation Processing Center, Inc.
and Marin AIDS Project.
