Hepatitis C Services
Marin AIDS Project has a case management program for people living with Hepatitis C (HCV). All Marin AIDS Project Services are provided confidentially and free of charge to any qualified Marin County resident.
Case Management/Client Advocacy:
Staff assist clients in accessing all available community support services and resources. During the intake process staff and clients work together to develop a plan to meet the client's immediate and long term needs. The needs may include, but are not limited to, medical care, housing, food, financial, practical and emotional support. Case Managers/Client Advocates continue to work with clients as their needs may change.
Benefits Counseling:
Clients can be assisted in applying for both public and private benefits: in determining their eligibility, filing necessary forms, and planning for the future. This can include Social Security, State Disability, and MediCal, etc.
