Needle Exchange and Syringe Access
Our Point Program hosts three weekly needle exchange sites throughout Marin County. Look for the big blue van.
Monday: Mill Valley. 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Park and Ride Lot, 101 @ Stinson Beach Exit.
Tuesday: San Rafael. 5:30 - 8:00 pm at Marin AIDS Project, 910 Irwin Street between 3rd and 4th Streets, San Rafael. (HIV/HEP C Testing also Available.) *NOTE:Tuesday nights in San Rafael replace previously available Saturday nights.
Thursday: Novato. 6:30 - 8:30 pm on the Donna Street cul-de-sac, off Rowland, between Redwood and Novato Blvds.
DROP-INS ON MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AFTERNOONS FROM 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Marin County is a California Syringe Access law program participant. As a result you can purchase up to ten syringes without a prescription at the following registered participating pharmacies – including all Marin County Walgreen’s and Long’s Drug stores. There are participating stores in Central, Southern, Northern and West Marin.
