Free, confidential rapid HIV testing is available at Marin AIDS Project. The entire rapid testing process takes about twenty minutes with the results provided at the end of the session. The results will either be negative or "preliminary positive." If someone tests "preliminary positive," they need to return a week later for a confirmatory test result.
